As a technology firm, Cwiser Info Tech prioritizes the sanctity of client source code, proprietary algorithms, and enterprise data. We utilize multi-layer encryption for all project-related documentation stored on our local and cloud infrastructure.

2. Information Acquisition

We collect essential business contact information and technical requirements through our secure portal at info@cwiserinfotech.shop. This data is exclusively used for feasibility analysis and contract execution.

3. Third-Party Restrictions

We strictly prohibit the sale or lease of client data. Our partnership agreements include comprehensive Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) that extend to all our engineers and consultants.

4. Rights to Audit

Partners reserve the right to request a data handling audit to verify our compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and local Indian IT laws governing data security.

1. Engagement Framework

All service engagements with M/S CWISER INFO TECH are governed by a Master Service Agreement (MSA). We provide high-end consulting, development, and maintenance based on the milestones defined in each Statement of Work (SOW).

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership of custom-developed code and assets is transferred to the client upon full settlement of the final project invoice. Cwiser Info Tech retains ownership of its internal proprietary tools and pre-existing frameworks used during development.

3. Deliverables & Acceptance

Clients are granted a 14-day UAT (User Acceptance Testing) period post-delivery. Any technical bugs identified within this window are remediated at no additional cost as part of our quality assurance guarantee.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime and security, Cwiser Info Tech is not liable for business interruptions caused by third-party service failures (hosting, APIs) or unauthorized cyber-attacks beyond standard industrial protection capabilities.

5. Jurisdictional Mandate

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any arbitration or legal proceedings will be conducted within the jurisdiction of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
